At Vie we know a lot about the chaos of early parenthood.
You maybe have 20 minutes of free time – at a time – and it’s usually consumed with laundry, cleaning up spills and showering. Are we right?
Well today we decided to take a turn away from dinner recipes and instead focus on going back to basics with a baby food recipe that takes a few minutes to put together. Let your slow cooker/pressure cooker/rice cooker do the rest of the work. Once the ingredients have been steamed, puree in a blender and store in these awesome freezable jars we found at Williams Sonoma!
In the featured recipe below, we’re working with butternut squash, quinoa, apples, and cinnamon + water. But watch our video to see our other suggestions for ingredient additions and flavor pairings.
