2 lobster tails (can be previously frozen), steamed *You can ask your seafood department to steam the tails while you shop for other ingredients!

1 wedge bleu cheese or 1 container crumbled bleu cheese

1 quart whole milk or unsweetened, unflavored nut milk

1 8-oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

1 8-oz pkg smoked gouda


Grains/Nuts/Dried Fruit

1 pkg pecans, whole (need 1 cup)

1-2 pkg raw walnuts, whole (need 3 cups)

1 pkg regular or gluten free elbow macaroni

8-oz dates


Canned Goods & Non-Perishables

1 bottle balsamic syrup

1 quart seafood stock (if steaming lobster tails in store)

1 quart vegetable broth

1 pkg unsweetened cocoa powder
