Baked Gnocchi in Red Sauce

I love the TJ's frozen gnocchi, but we're going to jazz it up a bit here.  If gnocchi is out, substitute any pasta you like (frozen or fresh).  Just make sure to cook dried pasta.

Tortellini work really well in this dish!

Ingredients

6 cloves garlic, sliced

1 big pinch red pepper flakes

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 28-oz can whole, peeled San Marzano tomatoes

1-2 pkg frozen gnocchi in sauce

1 cup ricotta

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, for garnish
