Meet Lynsie, chef and founder of Vie. As the mother of six children (2 step-kids and 4 small boys), Lynsie has firsthand experience cooking in real life–at the end of a long day when little mouths are hungry and the chaos of the kitchen can be overwhelming. Through her work over the last 10 years as a mom and a chef, Lynsie has created strategies in the kitchen that make her life easier and help to get a healthy dinner on the table fast.
Out of a desire to share her strategies, she launched her successful food blog, DinnerDivide that focuses on healthy eating, simple meal preparations using seasonal ingredients and family connections.
Vie began as a money-saving idea.
In an effort to slash her monthly grocery bill, Lynsie began to only purchase weekly sale items and design healthy meal plans for her family based solely on these ingredients. It quickly became clear that this was an idea that really worked! She was saving hundreds of dollars at the store and eating better than ever.
