It’s been a process for sure! As the Founder of Vie (and former Bakery/Cafe Owner + Artisanal Ice Cream & Cheese Producer), I vowed never to get into the back-breaking work of running a restaurant again. I even shied away from catering for years, only saying yes after much prodding to help out family and friends *occasionally*. Now, here I am, watching my beautiful business grow and fielding more catering requests than ever, I decided to take the plunge…again.
